Thank you for shopping at KingApeVape. To ensure a clear shopping experience, please carefully read the following return and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation & 12-Hour Refund

You may request order cancellation and a refund within 12 hours after placing the order.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to process cancellation and refund.

After 12 hours, orders are usually already shipped to customs, and a refund is not available.

2. Partial Refund After 12 Hours

If more than 12 hours have passed since ordering, you may request up to 50% of the order amount as a refund.

This is due to costs incurred in retrieving the package from customs.

If the package has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, no refund is possible.

3. Insurance & Customs Issues

We insure all parcels shipped to the EU.

If a parcel is detained by customs and refused release, we will resend it or issue a refund. (Note: This policy does not apply to some regions, such as Australia, Switzerland, and Norway. Please contact our customer service for more details.)

4. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer error, the customer is responsible for paying new shipping fees.

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the specific issue.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please record a clear HD video fully showcasing the product issue and detailing the defect.

6. Return Conditions

Return requests will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition and packaging (affecting their resale value) are not returnable.

8. Order Cancellation

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please double-check all order details before placing your order.

9. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Unless the return is due to our error, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Return Shipping Fees

Unless the return is due to product damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for return packages that are not received.
