Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking number + tracking link. You can also use our online tracking tool directly on the KingapeVape website.

📦 Shipping Destinations
We provide worldwide shipping with prepaid customs duties & taxes (DDP).
✅ DDP Regions:
For other destinations, DDP applies where available. In rare cases where duties apply locally, we will notify you before shipping.
🚛 Shipping Methods & Carriers
Depending on your location, orders ship from our China warehouse or European distribution center. Both options include full tracking + DDP delivery.
1. Shipping from China (Worldwide)
Carriers Used: DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx, LocalPost
Route:
China → Air Freight → Transit Hub → Last-Mile Courier → Your Address / Pickup Station
Note: In some regions, delivery may go to a nearby parcel locker or pickup station. Government-issued ID may be required.
2. Shipping from Europe (EU Region Only)
Carriers Used: DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx, GLS
- Faster delivery within the EU
- No customs clearance for the recipient
- Some countries use automated lockers / pickup points for convenience
⚠️ Delivery Exceptions & Customer Responsibility
If a package is marked undeliverable or exceptional, the customer must contact the local courier promptly.
Couriers may hold parcels temporarily. Unclaimed packages may be returned or destroyed.
KingapeVape is not responsible for losses caused by the customer’s failure to retrieve or respond to courier notices.
